We have THREE (3) shipping options for domestic and ONE (1) for international.

DOMESTIC

  1. * UPS Next Biz Day – Please consider selecting UPS Next Biz Day when your order is extremely urgent.  The expected delivery date of UPS “Next Biz Day” for orders placed between Friday 6:00 AM to Monday 6:00 AM Pacific Standard Time is the following Tuesday If Monday is NOT a UPS holiday otherwise the next expected delivery day will be Wednesday. You can have your order sent or delivered on Saturdays by adding UPS Saturday Delivery Service. 
  2. After-hours In-Store Pickup from San Dimas, CA – Address: 570 E. Arrow HWY Unit#B, San Dimas, CA. Text 626-485-3895 to make a pick-up appointment.

WE USUALLY PROCESS YOUR ORDER ON THE SAME DAY WHEN ORDERS ARE SUBMITTED BY THE CUT-OFF TIME AND DROP THEM OFF AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE BUSINESS HOURS. WE CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARRIERS DELIVERY ISSUES! IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT, PLEASE INFORM YOUR CARRIER THAT YOU ARE EXPECTING A PACKAGE SO THAT THEY WILL ENSURE IT GETS INTO YOUR BOX, OR AT YOUR DOOR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  2. SDS will NOT ship to PO Boxes. The only method that supports “hotel shipping” is UPS Next Business Day. Please enter detailed instructions obtained from the destination hotel before checking out.
  3. DELAYS: We usually process your order on the day when your order is received and drop it off at the earliest possible business hours. However, shipments might be delayed by the carrier due to unknown reasons. We cannot take responsibility for late shipments.  If you require the items to arrive before a certain date, you must assume the risk of late arrival, which is beyond our control.  
  4. MISSING PACKAGES: If the tracking status shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please ask your postman or neighbors.  To ensure receipt by a person, please purchase the signature required option. Click here to purchase the signature required option.
  5. LOST PACKAGES: SDS will reship via the original chosen shipping method ONLY IF the buyer purchased shipping insurance. Click here to purchase shipping insurance.
  6. CONTENTS: We videotape our packaging procedures for quality assurance and to ensure the integrity of the contents.  However, that does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Please inspect the contents IMMEDIATELY for any mistakes or damage. Please take a picture of the items alongside the packing slip we sent you.  We will NOT be able to replace missing items or damaged parts after three business days upon receipt without a picture of the entire shipment content. 
  7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT DUTY FEES: You will be responsible for any fees imposed on the importation of the goods to YOUR Country by YOUR customs department for purchasing products from the US.
  8. CONSENT: When you check out and pay for this order, you consent to the above terms and conditions.
