This German made precision plugger features extra long (21 mm) plugger ends which are small enough to enter the CDCA/ADEX Real-T X2 lingual access during obturation and long enough to achieve the exact amount of gutta percha removal desired. After warming the end, the instrument may be easily and safely inserted into your access without burning the walls, thereby facilitating removal of excess gutta percha to below the facial CEJ – which is the exam requirement. A must have addition to your board prep endo instruments.
