OUR GUIDING PHILOSOPHY: We are Fair and will do the Right Thing based on our Ethical Standards and Respect for our Mutual Desire for Success.
All shipping will be USPS Priority (1-3 business days) or Express(1-2 business days) unless requested otherwise (send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a specific service or a different carrier) and daily cut off time is 2:30 PM PDT Monday to Saturday. SDS is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, and if you need a guaranteed delivery (like overnight service) please understand that you will be responsible for all charges associated with this and we will require you to purchase a FedEx or UPS shipping label for this purpose.
NOTE: we realize that you are under a great deal of stress to adequately prepare for upcoming exams, hence, please do not put off ordering until the last minute! Order early and leave ample time for practice. Please understand that USPS PRIORITY MAIL does not have a guaranteed delivery date -and SDS will not assume liability for late shipments due to carrier delays. If your package is lost or delayed by the carrier, our policy is simple: you will need to reorder, pay for the order and send via another carrier, entirely at your expense.
In the event SDS cancels a course, SDS will issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel your bench prep registration, NO refunds will be given. However, you may convert your payment(s) to store credit for future purchases, services or courses. ONLY If the cancellation takes place within 30 days prior to the course date, a $100 penalty will be assessed. SDS is not responsible for costs associated with your accommodations or your travel to or from the course in any of the conditions above.
All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted unless the item was lost or arrived at your shipping address damaged. Damage or lost items will be promptly replaced. Please open your package upon arrival and inspect the items for completeness and condition – WE ARE COMMITTED TO EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND FAST SHIPPING – if anything is missing or damaged, please inform us within 3 days so we may remedy the issue.
Everyone wants to be successful in being admitted to dental school, however, the competition for a limited number of positions is getting more intense each cycle. Our Application Coaches are very aware of this and will make every effort to perform their services for you competently and thoroughly. We cannot guarantee admission, successful interviews or the outcomes of your interaction with dental schools. Application Coach services are non-refundable but we will work with you diligently to resolve all of you reasonable concerns.
Our tutors are hired because they are amazing at what they do. We have worked with them for many months developing their skills and teaching abilities, however, your results may evolve more slowly than you desire. Our tutors cannot guarantee a certain level of progress, nor the results of your bench exam. All tutoring fees are non-refundable and are payable at the start of each session. All tutoring sessions will be conducted at the SDS Learning Center in San Dimas, California, and you are responsible for bringing or renting your own supplies and equipment for these sessions. SDS will provide safety equipment, handpiece hose and air pressure, lighting and benches, manikins and a safe and comfortable environment.
Instructor Student Ratio – Our Commitment to Your Learning Experience
Most of our courses are limited in size, however, on occasion, the participant number will exceed 12. In all cases we provide at least one faculty per 12 students. It is a core value at SDS that students are treated with respect, collegiality and are provided exceptional attention and mentoring, no matter the class size.
