These Terms and Conditions govern your use of StevensonDentalSolutions.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through
the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Scope of this Site
Stevenson Dental Solutions (SDS) provides dental supplies and products, and may offer registration for select
pre-courses (such as Bench Prep and ADEX Prep) through this Site.
- Continuing Education (CE) registration is handled on our CE portal at
ce.stevensondentalsolutions.com - Patient care appointments are handled at
stevensondentalgroup.com
2) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued
use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
3) Orders, pricing, and availability
- Product availability may change without notice
- Prices and promotions may change without notice
- We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, misuse, or pricing errors
- If we cancel an order, we will issue an appropriate refund or store credit based on the circumstances
4) Payments and pay-over-time options
- We accept payment methods displayed at checkout
- Pay over time options may be available at checkout when you choose PayPal as your payment method
- Availability, terms, and approval decisions for pay-over-time are determined by PayPal
5) Taxes, duties, and fees
- Sales tax and applicable fees are calculated at checkout where required
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees paid by the buyer
6) Shipping
Shipping, delivery estimates, and claims timelines are governed by our
Shipping Guidelines and Policies.
7) Final sale policy for products
- All product sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- Exceptions are limited to shipping damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors reported within the timelines in our
Shipping Guidelines and Policies
8) Order changes and cancellations
- Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed
- If you need to request a change, contact us immediately
- If we can accommodate a change before shipment and the updated total is lower, we may issue store credit for the difference
9) Course registration terms (SDS Bench and ADEX courses)
Unless a course page states otherwise, the following applies to course registrations purchased on this Site.
Non-refundable
- Course registrations are non-refundable
Transfers and fees
- Registrations may be transferred to another participant or to a future course session
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date
- A $150 administrative fee applies per course per person transferred
- No-shows are treated as forfeited and are not eligible for transfer or credit
Credits
- If a transfer results in a remaining balance, the remaining value may be issued as store credit
- Store credit may be applied toward eligible products or eligible course registrations, as allowed at checkout
Eligibility and requirements
- Some courses may have eligibility requirements listed on the course page
- You are responsible for meeting requirements listed on the applicable course page
Professionalism and Respect
- All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner toward faculty, staff, fellow attendees, and guests at all times. Conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with a professional educational environment may result in removal from the program at the discretion of Stevenson Dental Solutions.
Safe Movement Throughout the Facility
- For the safety of all participants, attendees are asked to move thoughtfully throughout classrooms, operatories, hallways, and common areas and to remain mindful of others and their surroundings at all times.
Awareness of Equipment and Clinical Environments
- Educational and clinical training areas may contain dental chairs, mobile equipment, tubing, electrical cords, instruments, and other items that can present potential hazards if not approached with appropriate care. Participants are expected to maintain situational awareness and exercise caution in all instructional and clinical spaces.
Personal Responsibility for Safety
- Each participant is responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety and well-being and for avoiding actions that could create unnecessary risk to themselves or others. Professional judgment and attentiveness are expected at all times.
Compliance with Faculty and Staff Instructions
- Participants are expected to promptly follow all verbal and written instructions provided by faculty, instructors, and staff, particularly with respect to safety procedures, equipment use, and clinical protocols. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in dismissal from the program.
Maintaining an Appropriate Learning Environment
- To preserve an optimal educational experience for all attendees, participants are asked to minimize distractions and avoid conduct that interferes with instruction, hands-on activities, or the learning experience of others.
Appropriate Attire
- Participants should wear attire and stable, closed-toe footwear appropriate for a clinical and educational setting to help reduce the risk of slips, trips, and other avoidable injuries.
Reporting Safety Concerns
- Any hazardous condition, spill, damaged equipment, or other safety concern should be reported to a member of the Stevenson Dental Solutions team immediately. Participants should not attempt to repair, modify, or relocate equipment unless specifically authorized to do so.
Acknowledgment of Ordinary Risks
- Participants acknowledge that educational and clinical training environments inherently involve ordinary risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, inadvertent contact with equipment, and other minor incidents that may occur in hands-on instructional settings. By participating in courses and activities at Stevenson Dental Solutions, attendees accept responsibility for exercising reasonable care and judgment to minimize such risks.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
- By attending a course or program at Stevenson Dental Solutions, participants acknowledge and assume the ordinary risks associated with participation in educational and clinical training activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stevenson Dental Solutions, its instructors, faculty, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from a participant’s failure to follow established safety protocols, misuse of equipment, or negligent or reckless conduct.
10) Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, images, videos, trademarks, and logos, is owned by SDS or its licensors and is
protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written
permission.
11) Website use
- Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to interfere with Site operations or security
- Do not submit false information or impersonate another person
- Do not use automated methods to scrape or disrupt the Site
12) Disclaimers
- The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Educational content is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional judgment or applicable clinical standards
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages. SDS’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for
the applicable product or course registration.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
