RGS Composite Instruments

A tremendous asset to your esthetic dentistry practice and the ultimate complete dental composite instrument system for placing Anterior and Posterior composites. Dr. Stevenson worked closely with the manufacturer to design, test, and assemble this 7-instrument system which includes the signature Stevenson Plasma Blue Titanium Nitride coated instruments. This TiN coating renders the instruments less prone to stick to dental composite while hardening the steel for increased durability. The Kit includes the following 14 instrument tips within seven distinct dental instruments. To start the filling procedure, use the appropriately sized Plugger-Paddle Placer. Create incrementally placed segments in the exact anatomical position desired. For convex ridge sculpting (marginal ridges, triangular ridges, transverse ridges, and oblique ridges), use the Ridge Creators, which have curvilinear tips, mimicking natural morphology. To create concave morphology, the Fossa Creators will deliver optional concave features for developing life-like pits and fossae. For grooves and mamelons, the Groove Creators are thin and pointed and will allow dentists easy access to primary and secondary anatomical features. The Embrasure Creator may be used in both anterior and posterior embrasure development. They are also ideal for placing composite on facial surfaces of class IV, diastema closures, class V’s, and esthetic bonding applications. Each handle is colored in fully autoclavable lightweight surgical plastic for easy identification.
