Cartridge materials are now a routine part of a modern dental office and are extruded using a dispensing gun. The Applyfix^® 6 dispensing gun (by Kettenbach) is used for 50 ml safety cartridges in a ration of 1:4/1:10 and can be sterilized by using an autoclave.  For use with any of the composite based two-paste temporary materials.
